Scope

This policy covers the Paleskies marketing website at paleskies.matri6.com. Use of the Paleskies platform itself is covered by the agreement signed with each customer, not by this page.

What we collect

The only information you actively give this website is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you choose to enter it, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to arrange platform access. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, which relays them to hq@matri6.com. Formspree processes the contents of your submission on our behalf and applies its own privacy terms to that processing.

Browser storage

The site stores one value in your browser's local storage, under the key paleskies-backdrop. It holds a single number recording which background image you were last shown, so that the next visit shows a different one. It is not an identifier, it is not linked to you, and it is never transmitted anywhere. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social tracking scripts. Fonts, styles, scripts, images and video are all served from this domain, so simply loading the page does not send a request to any third party.

Server logs

Like any website, requests to this site are recorded by our hosting provider in standard web server logs, which typically include an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and a browser user-agent string. These are used to operate and secure the site.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful to the conversation they belong to and to any resulting business relationship. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email hq@matri6.com and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hq@matri6.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have further statutory rights over your personal data.

Third parties we rely on

• Formspree: receives and relays contact form submissions.
• Our hosting provider: serves the site and keeps standard request logs.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new "last updated" date.
