Scope

These terms apply to your use of the Paleskies marketing website at paleskies.matri6.com. They do not govern use of the Paleskies platform. Platform access is granted under a separate agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

What this site is

This website describes the Paleskies platform and provides a way to request access to it. Submitting the contact form is a request, not an order, and it does not create a contract or oblige us to grant access.

Content and intellectual property

The design, text, wordmark, imagery and video on this site are owned by Paleskies and MATRI6. You may view and share the pages, and quote short passages with attribution, but you may not copy the site's design or substantial parts of its content for your own commercial use without written permission.

The video samples shown in the Output section are generated on the Paleskies platform to demonstrate what it produces. They depict generic product categories and are illustrative. They are not advertisements for, or work delivered to, any brand.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or any system connected to it.
• Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, malware or unlawful material.
• Do not scrape, mirror or republish the site in a way that misrepresents it as your own.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and platform capabilities described here may change as the product develops. The site is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paleskies and MATRI6 are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
